Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

EU Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return via our contact page. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank may require additional time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos via our contact page. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
