Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 5 business days after shipping for tracking to become active.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. Then contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date via our contact page.
